The City of Cameron Court proceedings are heard by the Clinton County Associate Circuit Court in Plattsburg, Missouri. Court is held for Cameron cases on the third Thursday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the Court House (207 N. Main, Plattsburg, MO 64477).
Prepayable offenses must be paid with cash, money order, or cashier’s check. No personal checks will be accepted. The payment must be paid prior to the scheduled court date. Please contact the Court 816-539-3731 if you have any questions.
Paying Traffic Citations Just Got Easier
Traffic tickets can now be paid online quickly and easily. Defendants who are not contesting their violation can pay their prepayable fines with a credit or debit card on the State of Missouri Courts website Casenet-Pay by Web. Simply select your court (Clinton County - Circuit Court - 43rd Judicial Circuit) then enter the case number on your ticket. The Court does not accept personal checks.

The public can view court calendar information and specific case information, including party name, issuance and service of warrants and summons, scheduled hearings, trials, pending allegations or charges where the defendant is found guilty and sentence information.
Closed confidential cases are not available to the public.
Required Court Appearances
These offenses require a court appearance and are outside the authority of the Court Clerk:
- Any violation resulting in personal injury or property damage.
- Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants of drugs.
- Operating a vehicle with a counterfeited, altered, suspended, or revoked license.
- Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer.
- Any other traffic offense not previously listed.
