Cameron Community Building
The Cameron Community Building on Ashland Avenue serves as a venue for both social and agricultural events. The 4,000 square-foot front meeting hall with kitchen facilities is climate-controlled and rented for community functions, parties and receptions. The large, open west section serves as a livestock arena and is home to several fairs and competitions including the annual Cameron Junior Livestock Show. A private, non-profit organization raised funds for the building’s construction and operates it.
