The Crossroads Correctional Center employs 475 including contracted medical services and it began operation in 1997.
Crossroads Correctional Center, administration building
The distinctive administration building at the Crossroads Correctional Center accommodates visitors as well as case workers, human resources and administrators. Inmates at Crossroads can develop woodworking skills and construct quality wooden furniture sold to government and non-profit agencies.
Victims Memorial
This gazebo in Kelsey Park was built by prison inmates and is dedicated as a victim's memorial.
Crossroads Correctional Center, playground
The playground at the Crossroads Correctional Center is not for inmates. It's for their children or siblings who visit. Managing visitation rights is an important means of controlling inmate behavior. The facility attracts about 1,100 visitors per month.
