The Cameron Library displays over 31,000 volumes, genealogy and research departments, an on-line card catalog, and “Storytime”, a popular children’s reading program. The library also provides free public computer use and internet access. The facility is housed in a former telephone company building where a bank of operators once connected callers using switches and plugs.
